Advanced Network Technician
Advanced Network Technician needed in our Pittsburgh office for a rewarding full time position maintaining client networks, resolving issues remotely, via phone support, and onsite.
Should be very familiar with:
- Microsoft Server products and tools,
Small Business Server
- Exchange / Office365
- Windows 7 thru 10.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP
- Deployment of new domain controllers
- Working knowledge of Advanced Routers
- Automated Management Systems
- Understanding of Compliances
Candidate should have a solid history in hardware. This includes break-fix, configuration, trouble-shooting, software installations, data transfers and recovery, virus removal, and new workstation and server builds.
Knowledge of the following:
- Intel based CPU’s and motherboards, network hardware, etc.
- General hardware / software troubleshooting
- Workstation imaging
- Microsoft Office products
- Active Directory
- Network / telephony communication
High standards and professional demeanor a must.
Must be focused, able to prioritize and communicate with a technical team and with clients.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work with end users of all technical ability levels.
